The design challenge for this project is to uncover how we might use the City’s website to better connect tech startup founders and investors with information and resources.
This course provided hands-on experience with qualitative research methods, such as interviewing and participant observation, as used in human-centered design and engineering. I learned to develop appropriate research questions, collect observational data, develop interview protocols, conduct interviews, analyze data, and communicate findings.
Rideshare and delivery drivers usually don't know how much they'll earn before they accept a ride, making it difficult to know how long it will take them to reach their earning goals.
